Welcome & What 2 Expect

Welcome!
I hope you find the info shared here to be of value & to be simple enough to make a part of your daily life.

This is a collection of tips, tricks & trade-offs that I've learned from many sources: nutrition trainings, magazines & newsletters, medical TV shows, websites - anywhere someone's sharing simple tips that work.
Some of my best tips have come from my weight loss clients who've tried a little bit of everything & are a good judge of what works & what doesn't!


Each month will have an entry with about a dozen tips to play with.
Choose a couple to "try on" thruout the month. Have fun creatively fitting them into your life.
Just print them out & put on your fridge.
This easy daily reminder can help you create some healthier habits.
